A small fix or a fresh start

What do you need?

01 · Website updates

Improve my current website.

Send your website link and the change you have in mind. Small updates are quoted individually based on your site, platform, and the work involved. We’ll check the access needed and confirm the scope and price before work starts.

02 · New websites

Build a new website.

Five-page website: US$1,800 one-time.
Optional ongoing care: US$99/month.

Tell us your trade and service area. We can organize the pages, draft the copy, and build the site using business details and images you approve. Domain and hosting costs are separate, with accounts owned by you.

Make the important things easy to find

What you do.
Where you work.
How to reach you.

A useful trade website answers the questions a potential customer brings with them. We organize your information into clear pages, with readable layouts and a direct path to an inquiry.

Your real services and approved business details shape the site. Sample images never stand in for a claim about your completed work.

Work together by email

No scheduling.
Just a clear conversation.

We are based in Japan and communicate entirely by email, in English. You can explain what you need, review the pages, and share feedback in writing.

01

Tell us about your business.

Send your trade, service area, current website if you have one, and what you would like to improve.

02

Discuss a written plan.

We discuss the pages, content, and inquiry flow by email. Scope, pricing, and terms are discussed and agreed in writing before work begins.

03

Review the website.

See the pages and share your feedback by email. No phone calls, video calls, or meetings are required.

Start with a short message

What would you like
to improve?

A website link and a few words are enough to start. No website yet? Tell us your trade and service area.

We’ll reply in English by email to clarify the work. You receive a written scope and price before deciding whether to proceed.

No calls or meetings required.
Please do not send passwords or payment details.

A few things to know

Before you write.

Do we need a call or a video meeting?

No. All communication with HP Koumuten is by email, in English, including planning, questions, and feedback.

Can you help with the website after launch?

Yes. Optional ongoing care is US$99/month and includes minor content updates once a month and basic website checks. All communication is by email, in English. Domain and hosting costs are separate, with accounts owned by you. We confirm the scope and fees in writing before you decide whether to proceed. Care is not added automatically, and a standalone project remains available.

Are you based in the United States?

No. HP Koumuten is a Japan-based web studio. We work by email and do not present ourselves as a local US contractor or agency.

Is Pine & Brush a real customer?

No. It is a fictional business created as an independent sample. The images are illustrative, not a portfolio of client painting projects.

What should I include in my first email?

Your business name, trade, service area, and current website if you have one. A short description of what you would like to change is helpful too.
